Security Link designed to combat the ever-increasing menace of
shoplifting.
The system named “Shop Alert” saw its first installation in
January 2002. Shop Alert is a unique specialised service offering from
Mac Security Systems.
Our customers have been complimentary as the Shop Alert system has proved
to be highly successful in achieving in reducing shoplifting incidences.
In the test region Letterkenny, there has been a reported reduction in
shoplifting by over 50% from customers utilising the scheme. As a result
of this phenomenal performance, Shop Alert is now available nationally
throughout Ireland.
